so i'm not very good at drawing comics strips... but this is what happened if you actually need an explanation....
Kanda is working part time to give out free chocolate.... of course he hates his job but people need money... what can you say....
and so he's not really doing a good job....
and end up getting fired...

just so you know... Kanda was probably first to throw a fist....
